Gathering....

Won't be long before the swallows and housemartins are gone.
We heard some geese going over yesterday but they looked like Barnacle Geese...or is it Canada Geese? Anyways it's the big ones who live here all the time.
I am pretty sure we saw some pink footed geese in a field when we came back from Glasgow the other week, but there's none at the Basin yet apparently

Today it was Costco for a poke about and then we sidetracked to having lunch out and spotted these on the wires as we left.
The weather fairly brightened up after midday which was lovely after the massive rain storms overnight!
