Lunch with the Ws

Today we ventured out to ‘Vine House Farm’ for lunch and bird-food.
 
We have been getting the bird food delivered since the pandemic, with just one visit in 2021 to look at Nick Watts new shop and café.

 
Buying a couple of 25kg bags of ‘mixed seed’ we saved £10 on delivery which paid for the fuel more than twice over.
 
 
We had lunch on the veranda and the blip is the view from our seat.  The extra from 17th Sept 21 is looking the other way, but the sun/rain umbrellas were not in place then – two cover over half of the seating area.


It appears that Nick’s ‘Annual Flower Meadow’ has been sacrificed for a load of pansies.  I’m not sure if they were yellow and purple, or perhaps blue.
