Etang de Thau

we went to explore more of the Etang de Thau today .Had  lunch in Bouzigues, which we didn't realise was going to be quite so busy, then went to look at the oyster beds, of which they're are hundreds! Driving along by the Etang  on one side of the road are the many oyster related businesses and the other side is full of vineyards. We were close to Pinet so had to go search for some Picpoul at one of their domaines.
