Rudbekia

I cannot now recall if this variety of rudbeckia is called Indian Summer. I did grow some from seed. And in the future we may have to call that variety “Bharat Summer”!

In any event it provides a lovely splash of colour in late summer.

A busy day cleaning and tidying up and getting on top of paperwork. So this was a quick photo. I had been planning to use it a few days ago but other options emerged!

The forecast had not been great but despite the drop in temperature by a few degrees the day had some lovely sunny spells. So it feels right for todays photo.
