Ladders

This small old house is next door to us.  Our favorite painter, Ken, is working on it but he says he can’t lay a ladder against the old siding or it will fall apart.   Plus it’s built so close to the sidewalk there’s no room.  But he’s a creative guy.   Extra is taken from our condo (you can see our door in the main)   We do appreciate them talking care of it a little bit….and are grateful they will never sell it to a developer so we get to look at their back yard , not a wall,  or 8 apartments,  from our dining area,

Hard to believe it’s been 22 years since 9/11…..
