Ueno Park

Super hot today.

We moved hotels to join our tour, there are 11 of us in the group so not too big.

We re visited Ueno Park where I got a gazillion stamps for my book at the Tokyo National Museum. It is such a beautiful Park, it reminds me of Hyde Park in London.

Tonight we saw the shrine at Asakusa Park in the dark. It wasn't busy, so we were able to take our time enjoying the decoration and hearing about offerings to ghosts.

Many of the group did the good luck sticks, although there wasn't so much good luck to go around. Thankfully you can just tie your paper up, and the bad luck goes away. How like life!
