Harry has trapped a nerve in his neck/shoulder so is in a lot of pain and on strong pain killers.
I planned to go out this afternoon but was too tired so went home for a little sleep.
I called into see Lin and Steve and Lyra.
I cooked dinner with jackfruit that I coated in spicy breadcrumbs, and banana pancakes, (to use up some overripe ones).
