Beginning of autumn

Much cooler and fresher today so I decided to try a 10k run with my usual Tuesday 5k with RunTalkRun sandwiched in between two shorter runs. No idea what my time was, just pleased that I enjoyed it and felt good at the end. I ran up and down the old driveway, blip, several times because the playing field was full of cricketers enjoying the last of the sun. They were still playing when I finished at about 7.15.
Only a few more weeks and we’ll be back wearing head torches.
