Trip to Olympia Today

with me best mate Jayne - we went to the 'allergy + free from show'.

Very interesting - we listened to the IBS presentations/talks and picked up a few leaflets and samples.

Nice to spend some time with her - got a bit busy so we didn't stay too long - you couldn't move for people and their trolleys !!!!!

She's gone home now to try some of them out.
