I'm slowly working out the processes in my new job. I have an assistant as well now, who really knows the ropes, so that makes it a whole lot easier. I can pick her brains to get the finer nuances of the backroom chatter and make course corrections, whilst absorbing the vast amounts of information needed to tick all the boxes relevant to cooking in a child care centre, or early learning centre as they are called these days.
