Beyond the Sunset…..

At the end of a sunny spring day I took a short walk to the river to photograph the sunset light on the water and the lop-sided pine..A glorious evening. .
A busy day. Up very early to walk Maisie.
Duncan and Ellen had an early start too as they had the long drive to Dunedin ahead of them. A family friend, Ross, visited this afternoon. He and other family members had assembled here in Blenheim in the last few days.Sadly their mother had passed away. A lovely lady who had been unwell for some time. RIP Kay.
