Outlook from Castle Hill

The site of an Iron Age hill fort and the Roman encampment of Barr Hill, on the Antonine Wall this view has been watched over for thousands of years. Not sure if on this dull, September afternoon it counts as a ‘classical landscape’ for this week’s
w-I-d-e Wednesday challenge but Molly the Collie enjoyed the walk up to the trig point to take the shot!
