Fast and Slow

Fast weather front and a slow growing lichen on the lakeside wall in St. Gingolph which is a little lakeside town on our nearest border with France. We go to the dentist on the French side, so much cheaper of course, which makes it less painful! This promise of heavy rain eventually came through early afternoon. Nature is audibly sighing with relief and the cats are sleeping deeply!
