Up in the hills.
I did washing and ironing and tidying for Lizzie while she was at work, so when she came home and we'd eaten lunch we were able to go out for a good walk. We went up into the hills, through fields and over styles and came across two cross looking Tups who followed us with their eyes as we walked past the rest of the flock. A sheep equivalent of a bull, not as tall obviously but just as wide!! They were big old boys. This beautiful drystone wall was along a stretch that had just last week been repaired. What a craft!
We were pretty wet when we got back, but once dry we made an Ottolenghi recipie for dinner. Aubergines, preserved lemons, tomatoes and all spice essentially. Very delicious. Steve went off for a swim with the triathlon group, so Lizzie and I played rummikub again.
