Another Lovely Day

A very good friend of mine came around today to visit with his two girls. We've been friends for about 10 years now, and when I lived in the Netherlands, we'd often meet up. We haven't seen each other since I left in 2017. It was lovely catching up with him.

My dad and I also sorted out my Dutch bank account. We needed to get a new bank card sorted out. It was a relief to discover how easy it was to organise!

Today was also market day in Oudewater, so there was a butcher, a baker, and several cheese makers. It was lovely wondering through the stalls this morning.
