Hand-pulled noodles

It’s amazing.  The more she pulled the more strands of noodles being created. Fellow worker behind her kept cooking each portion she made to complete a long queue of orders. 

I have been busy with medical check up appointments in the last couple days. The last was this afternoon after a blood test (required fasting) and I finally could sit down to enjoy a bowl of beef hand-pulled noodles for lunch. I was very hungry!
