Emu’s

Here are the girls, I always make sure there is something hanging up to eat, I’m quite lucky that the local shop gives me all the out of date fruit and veg, so this week it’s cauliflowers hung up, as they peck the cauliflowers move around so they then have to follow it, being that emus are fairly intelligent it gives them something to do.
Broccoli, greens, cabbage, anything I can manage to hang, they aren’t keen on fruit yet but that may change,and they are sure to let me know as the spit out what they don’t like, and shake their heads. Yesterday they managed to escape, so today they are in prison whilst I try and make the fence emu proof!
