A new beginning

We have an old long neglected house with many problems which makes us not quite know where to start.

Water coming In again makes the flat roof the important place to start. This after waiting a year for waiting for someone (I know)who inspected quoted and promised to do the job who has never been seen again.

We just picked someone different but still local and hopefully it will all happen soon. materials have arrived, skip tomorrow then …. ?
