Potato Spraying

We had morning coffee/snack with outer daughter at Junction32 outlet near Castleford, then did a little bit of shopping..I needed a few craft supplies and we needed some food for the next few days.

I had a walk after lunch and encountered this machine spraying a potato crop…I don’t know if was a pesticide/fungicide or something to knock down the foliage prior to harvesting.

It got really warm this afternoon after a rather grey and cool start to the day.

Two sleeps until I am officially an OAP….
