Although I do say it myself, the standard of on-board cuisine on our Canal trips is rather good.

This is Howie, breakfast chef extraordinaire, creating today's masterpiece of avocado toast, bacon, grilled tomato and poached egg.  And it was delicious  . . . . . . !
