Waiting...

..for the sunset, but, alas, it fizzled....I had high hopes in light of the sun hitting that cloud so beautifully, but no. 

Waiting as well for the beaver or perhaps a family of ducks to swim by but alas.. none did. I had even set up a viewing station  - a front row seat in case of photo-ops...but to no avail..perhaps tomorrow night? 

My days here are dwindling... I have already started packing up for the season...I leave to go home the day after tomorrow. Hard to believe my cottaging days are almost over for 2023!
