A Mixed Blessing!

The good thing about the last twenty four hours is that we finally got measurable rain-----the bad thing is for about ten hours out of the twenty four, we had no power!  So, for the Abstract Thursday challenge of "Closeup", I focused on some raindrops on the Crape Myrtle that grows beside my back deck.  We are expecting more rain tonight, so I am hurrying to get this posted as I hear the rumbles of thunder in the distance.  Hopefully, we will not lose power again in the next twenty four hours, but you never know what might happen here in Central Texas.  Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting.....
