Cloud Appreciation Day

I didn't know but it is.  

Where better to see some low cloud (and rain) but the Lake District. Dramatic but not such beautiful weather as we've had all week. 

It's always sad to pack up and say goodbye. Left the house not long after 09:00 and I'm now on my train home  from Edinburgh. 

It's been a wonderful few days. I've loved being in the Lake District. I've had a terrific time with my four good friends. I have eaten a lot of cake! And other things. Marvellous. 

Looking forward to being at home and catching up  with blip. Thanks for visiting my journal while I've been busy.
