Into the woods

It is Friday - yay!

Work is still quiet, so I had a slightly longer walk at lunchtime. I took this snap as I walked through the woods at the top of campus. I still miss my mum at this time; I used to walk and talk every week day lunchtime, and she would listen to and comment on the birds in the background. I fill the void with an audiobook, but perhaps I should just listen to the birds myself.
