Ave Maria ...

... The object in the picture is playing, when you turn the lever, the first bars of the Ave Maria by Bach/Gounod.

This Ave Maria (Bach/Gounod) - not to be confused with the Ave Maria by Schubert - I recently found on the internet in a performance of Jacky Evancho.

It is a performance of less than three minutes ... but they are heavenly minutes. Incredibly beautiful sung by a girl (then) nine years old.

At that moment you realize that miracles still exist ... ;)
