Beare Green

So, my single story extension has a flat roof covered in something called Rubberoid. The builders who installed it could (being generous) have done a better job than they did. And bits of it are coming unstuck. finding the right sort of adhesive to re-stick the unstuck bits has proved challenging as it turns out to be quite specialist. However I found a supplier (they would have preferred to sell me a few rolls of Rubberoid rather than a tin of glue no doubt) about 10 miles down the road in Beare Green in the middle of nowhere. So the afternoon I pottered off down there and have got the glue (hesitated to pay £15 postage for a pot of stuff costing £13.50). They even gave me a paint brush to use to bung it on. I suspect that the brush will be a "single use" item! We shall see. I will update you in due course.
