Splash

Julia, Nick and Isobel came round for a BBQ. Sadly the weather was rubbish and we ended up eating inside. Typically, as soon as we had finished eating the sun came out. We walked to Inverleith park, Henny swam in the river, and both babies fell asleep.

On returning to the garden, we parked the babies under the cherry tree and blew up the paddling pool. The babies splashed, we all ate cake and strawberries, and the day ended with everybody tired and happy.

Jacob has very proudly walked all around the flat and garden by himself. It is quite disconcerting to find that he has walked out of the room!
