I stopped the car on the way home from my favourite shop (the M&S clearance outlet, never fail to come away with something I didn't know I needed) to blip this old sign and railing. It is on a main foot route from Celtic Park into town and I wonder if it was established for the convenience of gentlemen football afficionados, what, 100 years? ago?
I wouldn't be suprised if it was perhaps still used as such now but not sure I'd say by *gentlemen*...
