Clouds, crowds and cricket

What an absolute treat.

Worked in the morning, met up with Elbows and went to Lords to watch England play New Zealand in an ODI.

Wonderful weather, wonderful result, great game and lovely to sit, watch, absorb.

A quick pizza on the way home. Grateful to the boys for sorting the dogs. MightyMouse knew I was grateful and pushed his luck - he bought 2 friends back for a last minute sleepover.

In fact, NoaNoa, MightyMouse and his friends all didn’t get home until the small hours and we were getting up in the small hours. The phrase “Good grief Charlie Brown” comes to mind.
