Torquay Wheel

My dad picked me up and took me for a revision-break which involved fish and chips, then afternoon tea followed by another brew at the cafe shack by the Torquay Wheel. The customer service was dreadful - the woman serving ignored us until we said 'HALLO!' loudly, there were no pleases or thank yous and she wasn't impressed when I handed her the milk jug as it had something floating in it. She ignored the next customers too. Rude woman.
