Blessings!

The Archbishop of Évora, D. Francisco José Vilas Boas Senra de Faria Coelho  Nascimento (phew!), giving his blessing at the end of the inauguration of another parish, Oriola, for our friend, Padre Luís, seated in the middle chair. The Archbishop preached a good sermon, and was friendly to us.

Afterwards, the local folk served a (substantial) snack, and then we and Ermelinda went to have dinner with Luís in a restaurant near his house, in Viana. A blessing to be together again. Cecílio was cooking for the wedding of two women here in Mourão; when we got home at gone midnight, he still hadn't arrived, poor guy.

Gratefuls:
- getting a couple of very stressful jobs done before we left
- the ease of being with these friends
- a little more gentle rain

For extra points, can anyone see what is wrong with the ascending Christ in the middle of the wall??
