Apparently this is an Allium.

It's also on its way out.

I have no idea if I've managed to kill it or if this is normal. I've not watered the garden since we've been back so I'm guessing my slackness is involved.

Absolutely horrid day today where I managed to complete 5 hours of school work but absolutely sod all for myself. Our house is state too.
