To the rescue!

Whilst out fishing today we were called upon by this harbour master to assist in aiding a stricken vessel that was too far out for him to reach. We had just watched the lifeboat pass us with a yacht in tow, and the inshore was also on a kayak rescue mission. Good deed for the day done, we continued with the junior fishing competition and were rewarded with pollack, whiting, mackerel and dogfish. No first prize this year but a second for H and third for one of the lovely young lads who joined us on board. Prizes also for G and his pal £5 each - good day all round!
