Little Miss Muffett

The Hitchin School of Russian Ballet did a dance display at a local school fair today. All the children were a credit to the school and the teenage boy in particular was very good. Carys was third on and other than the said teenage boy was the only solo. She danced her exam piece, Little Miss Muffett, and was amazing (but then I am biased). She wasn't even phased by seeing all of us stand watching her from about 5m away, other than give us a big grin.

She is already talking about next Saturday when she is giving the same performance but this time at her own school. She showed no nerves, unlike her Mummy who took lots of photos of the others, but not so many of Carys as I was too busy watching and hoping that she wouldn't trip and fall like she did last year. Thankfully no such thing occurred. Happy Carys, proud Mummy.
