Funeral

Dads funeral today.A very sad day but it went very well and gave him a nice and very dignified send off.
The service was good with a eulogy by his oldest friend Keith that was both funny at times and very touching.My Dads favourite hymn "All things bright and beautiful".
My Dad was a big aviation fan.He never liked the military aircraft but loved the commercial airliners and just as he was being lowered into the ground one went over.Perfect timing.
Both the church service and the wake were well attended and it was nice to catch up with old friends.
