Coffee stop

Out with the boys on the bikes for a few hours today. Have to confess to running out of energy towards the end which is always a wee bitty embarrassing but they saw me home. Lots of excuses but put it down to a late night run last night and then this fairly early in the day and not enough food in between.

Cycling in a group is so much nicer and faster than on your own. Had you asked me about road biking 3 years ago I would have told you to get lost with mountain biking being my only bike interest but maybe I am getting old. Happy to be a middle aged man in lycra
