A fruitful day
After our morning walk in the lane, Rufus and I went to Didim market with Bev and Nigel. Some time later, laden with cheap but nice bed linen, fruit and vegetables, we broke the journey home at Migros supermarket for groceries and a cafe for an hour or so while the car was washed and cleaned inside and out. Expensive but they did a very good job.
An at home afternoon including pool time - the water is noticeably 'refreshing' in mid September. Next, and last phase will be 'bracing' before emptying the pool in about a month from now.
The day ended with a nice meal at Pasa restaurant on Akbuk seafront with Bev and Nigel. Rufus was a bit restless tonight though, taking a dislike to both one of the waiters and a nearby street dog. This is not normal for him. Usually he is totally relaxed and quiet when ever we go out to eat.
The sun is setting earlier now and the evenings cooler - comfortably pleasant for a sea front evening. Too late for an Akbuk sunset photo though - but that's ok - Didim market is ripe with photo opps.
