That short space of time before the trees leaves fully unfurl and the woodland floor becomes sparse of vegetation. Captured on a walk to Braid Burn Valley Park.

Friday was finished off with a nice evening meal out with my partner at a swish restaurant, spending vouchers she received as part of her retirement present. We avoided the heavy rain. Back to normal June weather, just in time for the tourist season.
