8/9 Fly Past

On route to Duxford!  I caught a glimpse of them going over my house yesterday, noted the time and got out into the open this afternoon to try and get some shots. I was a bit worried when the weather-front passed over beforehand.

This time, there seemed to be no noise - there was lot of sound yesterday which prompted me to look up, but relatively little today.  I'm assuming that the 9th jet takes a different route in for display purposes. 

The extras shows another shot a bit further on with a bit more detail in the sky and my back up blip. I took that this morning when the grey light and the particular 'fat' egg suggested this 'iconic' shot.
