More Stunning Geology

The Giants Causeway has long been on my list of places to visit and it certainly is spectacular with its columns of hexagonal basalt. Not the best day though, as the weather was drab and the crowds flocked in. We are staying locally tonight so we have the opportunity to go in again if the weather shows any sort of promise. Forecast not good but one can but hope!

Before this, we had paused at a ruin of a castle. It was really raining so I sublet this photography to John.

I stayed dry in the van and played around with abstracts through a rain covered windscreen - then some out of focus impressions!
