2023 Sunday — Dinner Concert

When we were kids, Friday night was a big deal; now that we are antiques, Sunday evenings have become a favorite.

Less than two months ago we discovered a lovely, lovely place to dine and then before leaving, I asked our waitress “Who plays the piano?” as I nodded toward the baby grand sitting across the room. She handed me a printed announcement for an upcoming concert. So I did as the flier suggested, I emailed to request a reservation for two for the next scheduled dinner concert. Tonight we enjoyed our third concert . . . the Harmony Cafe, with the famous Jazz Artist series every other week in Cambria, has become a favorite event for Mr. Fun & me.

This evening was no exception. The homemade butternut squash lasagna for dinner was delicious and the tiramisu for dessert is a favorite. Much of what we experienced tonight is contained in my photos.
