Carpel tunnel

I had both carpel tunnels released last week. Still sore and swollen and tingling and numbness which will take a fair bit of time to fade but the best is no intense burning and pain during the night! I'm actually getting a decent sleep again.
The most amazing thing though was the surgeon allowed me to look at what she was doing! No one had a phone so I couldn't get a photo but what I saw was absolutely fascinating...so glad I had the opportunity
