Mixed weather

Went to bed with heavy rain, thunder and lightening. The sky constantly flashing white. Closed all the windows.

Woke up to more rain and wind. Then the sun appeared. Walked along the cliff-top (blipped) to the Pier and through the Lower Gardens. Planned to go to Canford Cliffs, but no bus due for ages, so to Westbourne instead. Round the shops and an Aspall at The Westbourne. Then returned home.

Watched a fabulous screwball comedy on Talking Pictures, made in 1934! "My Man Godfrey". Just checked and rave reviews/90% on Rotten Tomatoes. Highly recommend.
