Up and away early from my overnight shift at work to catch the 09.30 to Glasgow Queen St and then on to Wemyss Bay from Glasgow Central to make the 12.15 ferry to Rothesay. Yup, I'm away on Bute this week - a work thing, I'm with someone, I'm earning my pay for sure but ....it's certainly a nice change from the day to day, and summat of a no-brainer really.

We packed in loads of walking, and most of it in pretty decent weather too. More of the same planned for tomorrow.
