Tri tri and tri again

We were out early this morning to watch the Windsor Triathlon, it would have been earlier, I was ready to go at 7.00am but Findlay slept in. So we were out on the bike at 7.30. Fortunately, it's just a 3 minute ride to the start. In keeping with tradition, the weather was hot and sunny, however the water was far from inviting (having done this twice it didn't have me reaching for my wetsuit).

It was very busy, no Jensen this year but James Cracknell was competing, the vast majority of the elite men looked about 12, but wow they can swim!

Fins was very excited by it all. I tried to direct him to say well done and clap the runners round but he just kept shouting more, more ... he did clap very well in the end. Lots of carbon on display but as expected very little euro-ness (black bar tape everywhere!) (See the Official Rules of the Euro Cyclist (Facebook))
