Phoebe babies!!

I was thrilled to see the phoebe's nest in the rafter under our deck...it was dark, but I was able to see four babies!! They looked big enough to fly, at least the one in front!
Al and I had an adventurous day...we drove north with our bikes and rode a Rails to Trails bike trail. 16 miles...my longest ride this year. My Townie was a joy to ride, the trail was beautiful, and the flowers along the way were wonderful. We even saw a bald eagle soaring high overhead.
When we got home I checked the phoebe nest.....empty!!! And no sign that any of the babies had trouble...so a successful fledge, I think!!
