All day baking

Today had been a quiet (some would say lazy?) day mostly spent at home. I took the opportunity to catch up with people on Skype and make some bread. After having risen for over of 5 hours some very tasty bread arrived. I love that first slice of still hot bread with just some butter... yum!

Dinner was asparagus risotto - again - it is just so good. I think we might be running the risk of getting tired of it if we are not careful.
