Banana Loaf

My daughter phoned me yesterday asking if I wanted some very ripe Bananas so I could make some Banana Loaf.
You guessed, I said yes please.
So this morning I made Banana Loaf & a small one for Joan who has told me she has never heard of Banana Loaf; I'm sure I've given her some before, but no worries.
Now time to ice it with Peanut Butter Icing as it's my daughter's favourite topping for Banana Loaf.
