Up early, enjoying the clear air.

A long day ahead of us but after a breakfast of kings we were on our way.

Some pot holed roads, followed by busy farm roads, and then the highway.

Having spent a couple of chilled days it’s hard to understand the need to drive bumper to bumper, but thankfully no negative incidents were part of the journey.

Our welcome from a wiggly Millie made the hours on the road worthwhile.

It’s good to travel, but it’s also good to be home.
