The squirrel had the place of honor this morning. I didn't see the morning doves. The blue jays and chickadees were in and out.
It was raining quite hard this morning but the radar showed it moving out before noon, so we had a later start, at 11 am. We worked on a project that I started last year. The front yard was complete last year. This fall we are working on reclaiming a bank in the back yard. There are lots of rocks and overgrown plants there now. I want to have it look more civilized using some hostas, daylilies and plants for native pollinators.
